Here's some Christmas dinner pics that I should have posted last week. Of course, this is the rib roast.

The plate shot.

The left over roast (be cool if we had a left overs section) sliced for french dips.

And finally a shot of the homemade candy plate my wife gives out. She made 12 plates. The candies from 12 o'clock are toffee, peppermint bark, date/coconut balls, turtles, rum balls, and burbon balls. We realized we left off the peanut brittle after we took the pic.
