Looks mighty yummy. Good job. We will be needing the recipe for the Moinks when you get time. Thanks. I did some sausage yesterday. Best stuff I ever got at the store. We had one big link each of Brats..Andoulle..Chile Pork..and Chicken Apple. It was all amazingly good. The Brat would make folks chunk rocks at Johnsvilles..The Andoulle tasted like Chef Flose had made it. Just the right amount of heat and thyme. It was shop made at a little grocery store chain we have around here called Sprouts. Sort of a healthy yup place. Not sure if they all have as good as the one here but it might be worth checking depending on where you live.

Why do there seem to be some stalling around on the Moink recipe. What is a Moink? Thanks. I am over the limit to google stuff up.

Sorry. Thaw out some frozen meatballs, wrap them in bacon and put them on the pit at 300 degrees. When the bacon is done, dip them in your favorite sauce and put them back on the pit to let the sauce carmelize. They're really good!
