Beef RIbs, Not just for breakfast.

Been practicing with ribs and had some luck with beef ribs we recently acquired. Could have probably went a bit lower in the temp and longer on the time. Maybe next time.






Jen ate them with no sauce which is a good sign that she liked them.

How about it. I don't buy a lot of beef as it runs 5 bucks a pound and up but I saw those ribs for 2 bucks and change per pound. I should have bought several and tossed them in the freezer.
