on the smoker with a splash of woos

 
better than I thought, maybe best beef ribs I've ever done.
No foil, just threw em on at about 300 for somewhere around
3 hours....pretty dang good.
 
Looks great Cappy. I've used that Rendezvous rub and wasn't too impressed with it, but then again I used it on chicken.
How was it with the worsty???
 
not bad....a bbq buddy sent that for me to try...I like it on the
beef more than pork. The woos added a little sweetness for a good
balance.

sounds good.......I think I remember it says to blend it with apple cider vinegar or something for poultry
