Nice looking bones.
I made a batch for the 3rd time last weekend and they still sucked. I used back ribs. The meat was tender, moist and tasty, but was hard to get to because of fat and gristle. You had to be part dog to gnaw down into the meat.
Gonna try Plate ribs like Bobberqer suggested.
