Beef Ribs and some Lamb chops
Had today off so I cook!
Found some nice big beef ribs at the store and pickeed up a couple lil shoulder chops for a snack.
Rub on the ribs and just EVOO and some garlic on the Lamb.

Didn't take long to get these little chops up to 130*
Tastey but not much meat on them.
 
Hocus-pocus it is outta foucs! I was trying to get a pic of the smoke ring. Can't redo it now...cuz it is in my belly!
