Been a little under the weather lately so watching too much TV. Too much Diners, Drive Ins and Dives has made me hungry for a good burger or sandwich so decided to go check the freezer and see what was growing moss. I found a nice cap off round tip roast begging for attention. Rubbed her down with a little garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, pepper and rosemary. Threw the remaining mix in the water pan and fired up the smoker. The plan is 275 degrees til she hits 110 and then crank her up to sear the outside til 125. I'm just winging it after doing some reading here so any comments, suggestions, "shoulda done this" or "should do that" are welcome. I'll post a couple pics as soon as I remember how.
