Beef it’s what’s cooking today…..We wanted to get another brisket cook in before our comp next weekend…..and a slab of beef ribs for a snack…also did some beans up as well…




 
Very nice Dave. But I must say the beans looked great! As much as I like beef & pork, after cooking it all day I'd rather have some nice beans, and some pickels. :D Good luck at the comp. next weekend.

good job on the ribs...I can never find ribs down here
that aren't shiners...when I do, they rarely come out
looking like that....mine always draw up so it looks
like a beef popsicle.

Cappy what temp are you cooking at...the higer the temp the more shrinkage..IMHO
