BBQr's Delight Smoked Shicken

Smoked two Shickens with http://www.bbqrsdelight.com mesquite pellets. Marinated the Shicken in Teriaki Sauce and rubbed with BBQr's Delight "Dixie Chicken" rub. They came out awesome!!!!

Looks great SS and what's funny is I took some smoked chicken out of the freezer for lunch today, love smoked chicken. Question, did you feel enough smoked escaped from the pellet box to enhance the chicken?

Oh, I found another use for the pellets. I made a homemade pizza yesterday and I put 2 pellets on the bottom of the oven while baking the pizza and it gave it a wood oven flavor. don't use more than 2 pellets though...

That's a great color on those birds. Think I will have to smoke some bird now myself.

Very Nice!
