I made this yesterday trying to use up some of the meat we had leftover on Sunday. Two of these huge monsters was way too much for us so I took it down and shared with some neighbors and their kids. It was made with the recipe for Emeril Lagasse's pizza crust, my bbq sauce, pulled pork, Monterey Jack cheese, and red onions.
