2 racks of BBs on the WSM over KF, hickory, and cherry.
One rubbed with SuckleBusters Hoochie Mama, and the other with Wolfe Rub Original. I also picked up some keylimes to be constructed into a pie.
Man what a great day outside! Spring is right around the corner! :D

Looks awesome already Pooofy! How does your door stay on without the handle?

Looks like he has the door upside down, and the knob just doesn't show in the picture.

Sauced the bones with Sweet Baby Ray's mixed 50/50 with honey.
Pie is chillin' 8)

Add about three drops Of habenaro sauce in that mix to get the front and back taste. First it's sweet, then it hits you just a little in the back of the throat.

Dinner :D

Dessert on the other hand didn't go so well. :(
The meringue wasn't right. The pie was runny :(
(Bad reviews from my girls)
I'll give it another shot tomorrow. 8)

I have never sauced ribs and never wanted to until now.

Nice looking bones Puff.

Cat slobber is not worth the effort anyway Puff.... Cream pies are much more gooder. ;)
