I saw this BBQ sauce at the store and tried it out. I took 1/2 cup of "Austins Own" and mixed with apple cider vinegar...Finally at the end I put it on thick.. they Rocked.. Chicken is still kinda cheap.. I said Kinda....Oh, the sausages are andouille... They were freakin spicy too... :shock:

That looks like some good eatin SS! I need to find some place out here in SoCal where I can get some good hot sausage for grilling and smoking. I was lucky enough to find an actual butcher shop called Laird's in Santa Paula which is maybe an hour away from me, may check them out this weekend.

Kamado #7 from http://www.Kamado.com I have had it for about 10 years and made many videos about it. It weighs 498 lbs. and has been through hurricanes, twisters, hail storms, flash floods and keeps on tickin. What all do you cook on John? Yall gettin rain yet?

SS - I was cooking on a Traeger, sold it. I'm waiting for a new cooker from Fast Eddie Maurin to hit the market. He's the guy that designed the FEC100.

It's a combo grill/smoker pellet burner. I watched this thing go from 170º to 700º in under 10 minutes at a competition in Lakeland, FL earlier this year. Unless it's priced too high that will be my next one.
