Hey 007 I'ill post the recipe tonight after the boys hockey.........its real easy.

1/4 cup water

1/2 tsp. salt

3/4 cup of milk

1 tbs. melted butter

2- large eggs

Whisk that all together then add:

1 cup of all purpose flour minus - 2 table spoons

and whisk together (it will be a tiny bit lumpy but that is ok)

heavily butter a cup cake pan and fill cups no more than half way. It should make 9 Pop Over's in 1/2 muffin tins.

bake in lower third of oven for 45 minutes. Cut a 1/2inch slice in the top and bake another 10 minutes

Pre heat at 375 degrees.

Ha i think thats it.

and stuff with what you want:

i did beans cheese cilantro and lettuce yesterday before the dessert ones.
