Puff, I buy these red encased franks from our local butcher/meat wholesaler. I pay about $2.35 to $2.50 for a package of 6 franks, depending on total weight. It's always a cheap, great tasting cook. I grill and rotate frequently, when they split open, I load with freshly grated mild cheddar cheese. I serve on a good bakery fresh hoagie style bun and garnish with sweet relish, mustard and diced red onion. Thanks Hiibilly & Puff for the positive comments.
