3 meat smoked meatballs & veggie pasta

Started with a pound of pork/chicken/beef added one egg and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
Add flavorings of choice garlic/season salt/pepper oh and ddi I say garlic!

Made some cheddar bay biscuits

Blanched some asparagus tips

Baked cubed butternut squash in garlic expressions dressing for an hour to carmelize and added the asparagus tips

Tossed the veggies into spaghetti and added shaved parmesan

Then made a simple stroganoff sauce to cover meatballs.

Biscuitry (noun), the preparation, care and proper cooking of biscuits. Certainly I am making it up But now when I make biscuits I am going to call it biscuitry. I may even wear a special hat.
