Im doing a 3 pound pork butt. Is there any "special rule of thumb" for the smaller cuts. At 1 1/2 hours a pound this will come off at 2:00pm today.

Also when should i wrap it and for how long. Thanks for your help. db

It should cook pretty much like a 9lb butt! Pull at 190-195*, wrap in foil and let rest at least an hour, several are better.

No. It will fall apart for killer pulled pork... Isn't that what you like to make? Take some pics if you can... Did the Tornado get close to yall?
