Killer cook! Looks like the sides were tasty too. Great job. Care to share the recipe for the slaw?

Re: 2nd WSM cook Spares
Nice job Jimmy! I much prefer the St Louis style ribs to the baby backs. More meat and little more forgiving when it comes to drying out. I have used widl cherry wood for a long time and I have yet to find a wood that I like better. The color and the flavor is unsurpassed by any wood IMHO.

Re: 2nd WSM cook Spares
Good job on the ribs. Thats one of the main things I hate on my little bullet smoker is you cant lay a full rack out flat. Take the whopper to do that.

Re: 2nd WSM cook Spares
Nice looking ribs Jimmy. I see you painted your finger nails to match the cherry color of the ribs. Great color coordinating.

Re: 2nd WSM cook Spares
Well I can go for the painted finger nails..different strokes etc. Now the black jogging shoes is not kosher. You ever been out on a fishing boat with no cover on a hot summer day wearing black shoes? I dont think so. It makes a person's feet hotter than the proverbial two dollar pistol. It might take a while to get this deal straightened out.
