2nd attempt at baby backs.

Just got my weber smokey mountain in January. This was my second attempt at ribs. The first ones came out a little tough, but think I nailed it this time. My roommate said he has been having dreams about them, lol!

Explain the following
1- Your method of cooking

2- Your weird room mate have dreams like this!

Looks like you did a great job!

2nd attempt at baby backs.

Thanks! I used the 2-2-1 method this time. Probably the way I will go from now on.

Are Baby Backs really worth the effort, I have always used just regular spares. Is it just a personal preference?

In MY opinion (for whatever it's worth) spare ribs just taste soooooooooooo much better.
