20* and a foot of snow..pastrami yard bird and pig parts

Its’ 20*outside and we got a foot of snow last night….Whats a BBQ man to do? Cook up some pig parts and yard bird on the offset and toss on some pastrami for good measure. Part 1 is the meat prep.

Those are just welding gloves...I pour molten metal for a living..I'm used to the heat.
