2 Leftover Baked Potatoes
1lb Leftover Shredded Smoked Chuck
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
BBQ Rub of your choice (I used Wolfe Rub Bold)
BBQ or Hot Sauce of your choice (I used Bad Bobs)
Remove the insides of the potatoes with a spoon
Fill with Chuck
Sprinkle with Rub and Drizzle with BBQ Sauce
Sprinkle 1/4 of cheese over each potato boat
Grill indirect at 350* until warmed through and cheese is melted.
*These can be make with pork or chicken as well.
