Decided to make bean soup from the leftover ham bone from Easter.

Leftover bone into a pot of soaked Northern beans.

Meat is off the bone and the bones were gnawled on like a pack of Wolve's.

Dinner is served with fresh purple onion and Sriracha! Great meal!

Ahhh cant beat that one. All I see missing is the cornbread..fried tates...okry and fresh home growed tomaters to go with. Now I aint never seen anybody put the raw onyawns directly in the beans. In God's Country we gnaw it on the side. Where you from Boy? lol.
