Bacon sammie

Kimmie wanted BLTs for dinner but I wanted to cook outside. Kimmie used the microwave and I went with my Grill2Go
I used thick cut bacon rubbed with Jan's rub (becoming my favorite rub by the way )

Rubbed them real good, cooked on med low heat


Just about done!

Got two bagels and buttered them up real good

Added graded cheese o the bangles

Toasted up and ready to assemble

All done ans YES!!!! Killer sammie!!!!!!!!

That's my idea of a sammie, you just gotta love bacon. Can't say I've ever done bacon that way, but I'm going to give it a shot.

Damn that looks good. I forgot I have like 15 pounds of bacon that I cured sitting in the freezer. Guess I might make me one of these here.
