Finished making another Cajun goodie. Spicy Crawfish Boudin. This should be great grilled with a lil pecan wood smoke tomorrow evening. It's actually good to go right now but, as you can tell I am watching my weight lately.

I'd hate to put that burden on you. You know, making you have to eat all that crappy food. Especially the crawfish, which reminds me. I may have to order a sack for this weekend for a boil.

Btw, I am actually down 15 lbs in the last two months.
