Maple Flavored Breakfast Sausage

10 lbs Pork Butts
6 TBLS Maple Syrup
4 Tbls Salt
1Tbls Ground White Pepper
2 Tbls Sage
1Tbls Garlic Powder
1 Tbls Onion Powder
1 Tbls Ground Corriander
2 Cups of water

1. Grind the meat with a 3/16 grinding plate
2. Mix seasonings with meat.
3. Stuff into casings or form into patties.
