Made a batch of cajun Boudin tonight. The second run for the grinder and the first go for the stuffer. I'm trying thumbnails for the first time. If this comes through with no pics, don't worry, I'll sort it out.

This is the grinder with a can of Tony Charerier for size referance.

Some of the case of butts I picked up today. Some of them were 9#s. Kind of surprised me.

Looks good..Get to work on them butts...that bucket stuffer is a dream isn't it...If it's sliding around to much..a couple of welding clamps will work great to hold it in place

yea, going to make a wood base for better clamping. I have a wood shop in the basement with a ton of clamps to pick from.
Gotta run....just heard the UPS guy pull in with my Sausage Maker order of cures, casings, protein, etc.....time to play.

Go Rag go. We are gearing up here too for a weekend of sausage making. Quote wittdog "doesn't mater if you make 5 lbs or 100 lbs, the clean up is the same" :)

I noticed that.....

Smart thinking on the bottle brush. I have a long neck beer bottle brush come from he home brew section..lot more than a dollar too...nearly ghurantee. It just the ticket to reach those odd shaped surfaces of the stuffer and grinding parts. Be near impossible to clean some of that stuff without it.
