Well I have more than I can ever use in a year, It's in food saver bags in the deep freezer. I share, so if any one would like to make sausage, the venison is FREE. My idea is that we work together and split the cost equal between those who participate. Plus we get to sample as we go. I'm thinking around the first or second weekend in December. Just let me know so I can order pork butts. If ya find a deal, let me know. Casings are just down the road here in town, I have 3- one pound tubs.
