I'm loving the smokehouse...the lectric is supposed to be done this week...I can't wait for that then I'll have options...Its been fun doing it the old school method...

You seemed to get a lot thicker belly than I was able to get.
That looks fantastic. I bet you willl never go back t regular bacon again! That is the best!
