Man o man! That is some great tasting sausage! Worth every bit of the labor making it! Witt, Grandpa' has it goin' on 'cause that recipe is awesome! (FIL even liked it....he doesn't like Polish sausage)
I smoked it on the WSM over lump and some oak and cherry (chips..all I had) for about 2 ish hrs. at 250*

Dog, sadly the pierogies are store bought( Nobody around here like the ones I make :roll: ).
You know as I was tasting the sausage I thought about the mustard. But I wanted to get the full taste of the sausage . Next time for sure
