Anyone have a suggestion on Sausage, salami, etc making.... I was thinkin about goin to look at the book Charcuterie.... Just thought you guys might be able to help me out here. I've got a small paperback but it is not real in depth on anything and no pics... I like magazines, woops books with pics.
