"Zonie" new to the forum
Hello all... as you can see from the number of posts, I'm new to the forum.
I'm in the process of demolishing my current setup and ready to start from scratch. I presently have an "old" Charbroil 2 burner propane grill and a Kingsford kettle (charcoal grill) that I incorporated into an island, which includes a refrigerator, SS drawers and a tile-top bar. Although the unit has served its purpose well, it was built more than 12 years ago, so its time to say bye bye. I also have a stand-alone Charbroil Smoker on the side.
Once the old unit has been dismantled, I'll be putting together a new island... with a built-in 4 burner grill with rotisserie and back burner, a built-in sear burner, my charcoal grill and the smoker, along with the fridge and drawers under the bar.
I'm really looking forward to adding the rotisserie to my ensamble, as well as the sear burner. The only thing that would make whole package complete would be to add a kegerator... but I already have one of those in the garage. Oh well, at least I can use the excuse that I have to walk to get another beer; therefore, I'm getting some exercise!
I look forward to picking up some tips & tricks here... hopefully I can add a few as well.
