Welcome aboard Los, I see you cook on a Kamado? How do you like it? I am thinking about a Green Egg for small cooks.

Kamado
Love my Kamado!! Was my very first grill so it has a special place in my heart.
It cooks well too! Holds heat for hours on one load.
When I was thinking about getting it, I did also take The Big Green Egg into consideration. When it came down to it, I picked up the Kamado because of its unique look. The mosaic tile they use is a big hit with everyone that comes over. Both are great cookers...you won't go wrong with either one!

Welcome, los! Have you ever met Kim and David (Smokin' Away Again in Porkaritaville), the Kamado competition team? I've met them at a few competitions - very nice people (as all the Kamado folk seem to be).

Nice pic, you even got "Darth Vader" in there. But you didn't show the cooks! Here they are at the Blue Ridge BBQ Festival a couple of years ago.
