Welcome Peter
Welcome Peter... That's a nice looking website you've got.
Maybe you can add a link to here in your "links" section.

I love going to the Canadian site to look at what you guys are building. Everyone is building clones of somebody's cookers. You can really learn a lot about pit construction on the "north of the boarder" sites.

sorry.. i never learned how to speak Canadian in school
BTW.. when is it appropriate to use "Eh"... We have hung around Dizzy pig Canada and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to when it is used... is it like when you are looking for confirmation, Eh?

Why thank you, sir. It does the job just fine in the good weather. Its packed away now till spring. We have a bit of snow on the ground and temps teetering about freezing. That pit just does not like cold.

Tell me you have something else to cook on when the white stuff starts flying

Great rig. You'll have to post it the pit gallery (www button under this post). It's a voluntary thing but your buds up there in the Great White North will be sure to come down with a case of PE (Pit-Envy not to be confused with Egg-Envy).
Welcome aboard. A signed copy of The Book of Smoke is on it's way to you.
Really, glad to have you.
