Hey Pecos feels like I already know ya from some other threads..ain't sure how I missed being on the welcoming commitee. Welcome. Nice looking equipment and vending trailer. Now I had still sorta have a chum on another list who bought one of them Southern Yankees..small model maybe if they come in various sizes. He had fits with his. The Rotess would freeze up and dump all the meat in the bottom of the pit and you couldnt retrieve it without diassembling the Rotess. You ever heard of such a thang? The one he had apparently done it to him several times. Maybe even took it back and got a new one. I forget all the gory details at present. All he could do was cuss em. Hope yours dont ever act like that.

Very nice looking rigs. Lots of good eats coming off those I bet.
