Old Cooker
 Been outdoor cooking for 40 years. I use wood/charcoal , gas, electric cookers. Have vertical smokers, Horizonal cookers, a Kamodo, couple homemade etc. not dogmatic lots of ways to skin a cat.

Welcome young man. That's quite an arsensal of cooking apparatus's on display. The little shorty stubby one in the middle looks like somebodys ex wife. Glad to hear you are results oriented..me too. Some of them yankees from the Carolinas seem process driven and can be highly anal about certain ritualistic type practices. Least there are now two normal people on here..lol.
