Newbie from South Dakota
Used my smoker for the first time today. Smoked a 4lb ham, made my own rub. It tasted great but was a little dry. For the first time I would say it was a hit.
Looking forward to sponging all of your knowledge on here to better my backyard BBQing!
Thanks in advance.
Willis
