Newbie from Montana
Howdy all,
Backyard Quer here from Billings, MT. Happened upon the BBQ Central radio show archive the other day, which eventually led me here. I cook on a couple of homemade UDS (an 85-gallon and a 55-gallon) and a 30" MES. I also have a Weber Genesis gasser that I use for quick fire. I'm a member of several other BBQ forums. Looking forward to jawing about BBQ with everyone here!

Hey Donny welcome. Now I heard that up in Montana the men was real men and the sheep was real nervous. Any basis to that rumor?

Well I guess I can't argue with that. Sheep ARE real nervous up here. After all, smoked mutton tastes damn fine.
