New to the forums

Hello all.
I am new to these forums.
Got tired of my old forum, so I came here for some new people and new ideas.
I am in Odessa Florida (a little north of Tampa).

I have been smoking and grilling for quite a few years and still in search of the "perfect" process for any given BBQ item.

I have had a Char Broil side box grill / smoker and a GSM box smoker. Those both rusted into the ground.
I currently have a good ole' Weber 22 inch kettle and have a Primo Ceramic XL. I have had the Primo for about 8 months now and I truly believe it is the best product on the market for grilling and smoking.

I look forward to sharing all my knowledge when I can as well as learning what I can from all you folks.

Happy grilling!

Re: New to the forums

Hey welcome. Never owned an egg type gizmo but know some of the comp cookers in this neck of the wood faithfully lug them around to contests..mainly just for cooking chickens. I dont know anybody who ever been ambitious enough to try brisket or ribs in one. Butt might be ok. If I had one it prob eventually get dropped on the concrete and be like Humpty Dumpty all over again. One of them things couldnt hold much meat dont look like to me. Just trying to cover all the bases here.
