Welcome Greg. I've got a couple of pellet cookers (Traeger 075 and an FEC 100). Glad you found us!

Greg, have you ever tried grilling baby backs? They are very good that way and can be cooked from start to finish in just under an hour.

Hey Greg welcome. Never had the pleasure to cook on a pellet muncher but have seen them in operation..know some folks that own em..got a pal that sells em etc. Sure do believe there is a place for em in the grand scheme of thangs. Now the chum who sells em at his Farm and Ranch type store can often be heard saying he thinks they really shine in the grilling format. Guessing cuz you can get em so hot if a person put the mind to it. Can't you bring em to 700 degrees or so? If so that is a lot hotter than my gasser will get unless there happen to be a grease fire
