New Kid from Louisana
I have been grilling on and off for many years and have really gotten back into it and smoking here latley. I love to fry fish (white perch, bass and catfish) I also like to boil crawfish and shrimp. I live in the north central part of Louisana. I just bought a Klose 20x54 grill chef and I really enjoy cooking on it. I really look forward to learning alot of new ideas and tips from you guys and gals.
