New here
Please allow me to introduce myself Im a man of the southern Louisana and a pure Cajun Redneck. Because I am a Cajun Redneck I like NASCAR, ATV riding, hunting, fishing, drinking beer and of course cooking and BBQ in no particular order.
I have been PMing JB and he ask me to take some pictures of the marshland south of Kaplan La the town I am from. Also some food pictures that I will do this weekend, but he informs me that I have to do 5 post before I can upload any pictures.
I have two pits a gas grill and a Old Smokey. I hope we can share any recipes and techniques. I am looking into doing some videos but my cajun accent might be a bit strong. But anyway I am looking forward to belonging to this forum.
Thanks
Kenneth LeMaire

Didn't think the accent was that bad at all. Welcome to the board. And yes, we love food porn here.

Great now I'll never get rid of this Cajun Accent I'm getting from JB.
I'm a Carolina redneck in Virginia that likes all of that but got no ATV.
Welcome to the Meat Grinder!
