New griller from Colorado
Hi all,
I just bought my first grill last night. Plan to make my first grilled dinner.
The menu includes:
Chicken breast with a cherry burbon sauce
Grilled corn on the cob
Baked sweet potato from the grill
and of course ice cold beer.
Thanks,
Scott

Scott,
Sounds like you have a nice dinner ahead.
I used to live in Colorado. Are you going to compliment dinner with a local craft beer (if so, which one) or just stick to a tried and true like Coors?

Welcome Scott, sounds like a good meal to break that new grill in with. How about some pictures of the first cook?

I don't think beer too often so, I haven't adventured out of the tried and true beers. I was thinking of picking up, Colorado Native Lager, they make a great BBQ sauce that uses their lager, plus everything in the lager is from Colorado.
