Had to learn to BBQ after moving out of Kansas City about 40 years ago. Currently cooking on an older (big steel wheels) Brinkman Cimarron, WSM 22 1/2 and newer Weber Performer (wore out my first one). And I attach my Weber Smokey Joe to the WSM for cold smoking which can only be done in the winter down here in Aridzona.

Welcome to The Forum, sounds like you have a pretty good arsenal. If you haven't noticed we are Weber fans so you will fit in fine.
