I have old beat out noname grill. Slihgtly modified for air intake. Pork and chicken is mostly on menu.
Last week i had my coworker bringing his big kamado. Steaks and ribbs were delicious.
I have plan building new grill. First plan was UDS. But i have at home old pellet container..just right height and dimension.
Plans are ordering top mesh,making charkcoal basket and some inlet...hope to do it right
