Mornin from East Tennessee
Been reading the forum for awhile and just joined. I live southwest of Knoxville Tn and am a hobby bbqer, cooking for family, friends and a little to sell to neighbors. Have a 20x48 Klose offset that I'm still learning to use after a year. Thinking of getting a wsm or proBBQ for the smaller cook's. Next week's project is my first canadian bacon (started yesterday), stuffed pork loin, and bone-in loin for chops and my second pastrami (first was from my homemade corned beef and way too salty -using store bought this time). Come on back with any advice. Looking forward to learning from you old pro's. Big Dude

You need an image host, like ImageShack, AllYouCanUpload, Photobucket, etc. Most of them are free, or you can subscribe to something more elaborate like Smugmug. After you have uploaded your image, you copy a thumbnail URL from the host and paste it in your message. (Then you click the Preview button to see if it worked, and go back to figure out why if it didn't). Welcome!
