howdy all, metronome here
I'm in N. Texas, long time griller, BBQer and general meat roasting carnivore.
Ex-musician, married 37 years, two grown sons, no grand-kids yet.
Enjoy RVing, AP Blackjack, photography, music (all kinds), amateur physician, amateur veterinarian, enjoy good whiskey and in better times single malt scotch.

Great credentials. Welcome. We gonna have to get you over that single malt festish. You ever had a shot of red eye out of a dirty glass? lol. Now wasnt that tasty? Do you know any of our old pals named Willie..Gary P. Nunn..Ray Benson..Johnny Bush..Loretta Lynn etc? Dont be no stranger. Scotch is good over ice with milk for them who have ulcers. Ladies of the evening seem partial to it too for some reason. McCormick brand works about as well as the others on that deal.

Willie, Gary and Ray would make a hell of a jam session. Good whiskey tames any germ known to man.... as to single malt, Balvenie Doublewood, started in a whiskey oak cask and finished in a sherry oak cask...lord, it's good...
and I forgot
SmokinTex 1400 Smoker...I burned out my Smoke Master offset stick burner
Trusty Weber Kettle
Lynx 30" stand alone propane grill (L30PSFR-2)

Welcome Metronome. If I'd a been a bettin' man, I'd a bet you had some sort of musical involvement with a name like that.
Watch out for that bigwheel feller. There's rumors that he's really a yankee in disguise. Sort of like a spy assigned to Texas. I don't remember where I heard this rumor, don't know if'n it's true or not

Guess it must run in the family. My Daddy always accused my Mama of being a Martian Spy. Now as far as the equine stuff..hobby horses are nice..least as compared to Shelton Ponies etc.
