Just Want to Say Hey!
Hey!
I'm Joe from N.E. Pa. I am a graduate of the John A. school of BBQ and photography
What a great site you all have built. fantastic information in an easy format. I just purchased a "Big Green Egg", still learning the ins and outs.

Ahhh ok gotcha. Not sure the name of the prison. We don't chat with em too much. Sure it prob got to be in driving distance of Connellsville most likely. Deceased chum named Joe Ames lived up there too. Forget the name of the town right now but it was close to the Bell and Evans chicken farm which he claimed was a joint venture between some Orthodox Jews from Noo Yawk City and some of the local Amish folks. He say it was nothing to drive by the place and see a Rabbi with the mutton chop side burns and beard wearing a black coat and derby hat chasing a chicken around the yard with a meat cleaver in his hand followed by several Amish fellas. He could always get me to laughing with that story. Know the name of the town he lived started out as "New" something or other.
