I'm a Meathead
Glad to know ya. I've been listening to the podcasts and lurking, I've even promoted the forum and podcasts on my website, but today I finally got around to joining.
My friends call me Meathead, and if you want to know why, just check out my website http://amazingribs.com. I look forward to learning from you, and if I can offer a tip, I'm at your service.
Check out my site, there's a decent recipe or two and a few tricks you might not know about yet.

Quite a welcome mat!
WOW! You sure are a friendly lot! Thanks for the greetings, and especially the TVLand audio of Archie!
I'm going to be driving from Chicago to St. Louis to KC to judge at the Great American Barbecue later this month. Will any of you be there?
Any tips on joints I should hit on the way there or coming back through Des Moines and Cedar Rapids?
