Howdy, y'all
The long awaited (or dreaded) arrival of cflatt's younger brother. Thanks for all the tips I found in the forums. My first foray into smoking went quite well this past weekend. Did 2 chickens in my WSM.
Yes, Border Collies run in the family. The dog in the avatar pic is the mother of both of cflatt's dogs.
Andy

Welcome aboard Andy! Sounds like you got a great start to your smoking adventure by buying a WSM! You just can't go wrong with one! Good looking dog you have there!!

Welcome Andy,
Between what cflatt tells you and what you'll hear, here....
I'm sure you'll be in trouble in in time "flatt".

I guess would look bad if I didnt welcome my own brother, esp since he lives closer to the folks and can bribe them with anything off the wsm...though...i do hold the grandchildren trump card

Pics
I'd post some of my first cook, but all that's left is bones......I think my wife doesn't mind the money I just spent on the wsm.
I may be doing a butt this weekend, so I'll be asking questions in another section. I'll take pics.
