Greetings all just poped in to say howdy. I own Burlys chuck Wagon here in Salem, Oregon. I eat live and breath BBQ. We do catering, Fairs and Events, and have our own line of BBQ sauces that I would like to enter into some comps. We have been doing gourmet food shows and it is time for the next level.
