Howdy all
My name is Guy and I am happy to be here. I love talking about my most favorite thing.....BBQ. I have a competition team called the "Two Fat Polocks BBQ Team". We started out two years ago and cook mostly events on the NEBS circuit. Well, I am glad to meet everyone and just want to say howdy.

I thought Smith and Wesson made all men equal. Where do the dirt fit into this pitcher?

Hey Guy -
Glad to see you here.
It was great seeing you and the rest of the family at Harpoon and New Paltz.

Rob,
It was good to see you also. I guess neither of us did well enough for a walk. We had our worst showing ever at New Paltz. It didn't bother us too much though, because we always enjoy seeing and spending time with friends, old and new. Now that we have some time until Sayville we will be trying some new things. We got some good suggestions from some of the more successful teams while at New Paltz. We will be moving away from using our own rubs and sauces. We had high hopes after Merrimack but it has been down hill from there. We will start using some proven commerial rubs and sauces. As always we will try anything. We hope to see you soon.
